
We are so excited to have your congregation joining us for our All-Illinois District Event at the Gathering this summer!
As we get closer to July, we are finalizing details for the event, and one of those is our food options! Here’s what we need from you – If you have participants who have a need for the gluten-free option, please contact Christy Malinowski at christymali@trinluth.org to let her know how many in your group will need the GF option. Please do so by July 1, 2025!

Hot dog (GF available), chicken tenders, mac ‘n’ cheese, pulled pork nachos (GF available), chocolate cookies (GF available), and fountain soda.
Additional Reminders
- All Illinois District event is Sunday, July 20, 2025, 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Entry to the dome begins at 4:30 p.m.
- Participants will enter at Gate A Ramp, going through check points at the bottom of the ramp before proceeding up the ramp and on toward doors at Gate B for entry into the building.
- You will receive a communication toward the end of June regarding wristbands you will receive, which are necessary for early entry into the Superdome for the event.
- There will also be an upcoming communication regarding t-shirt pick-up.
