Registration for Golfers
This year, there are two ways to register. Either complete a paper form and mail it to our offices or click the online link to register. However you register, payment is the same, see “Payment” section for details. Players registering as an individual, will be placed on teams randomly. Those registering as a team of four, should be registered as a unit by the captain.
Registration fee includes the green fees and cart. Plus, coffee, donuts, and a fried chicken lunch complete with fixens. Additionally, players will have a skins game, one mulligan, and two drink tickets. Prizes include the lowest score, closest to the pin, longest drive, and more. All ages and skill levels welcome to play!

Sponsorship
We understand that not everyone golfs, but would still like to help support future church workers. To be a sponsor, complete the paper or online form below. Payment is by check, mailed to our offices. See details in “Payment Information”.

Payment Information
Currently, all sponsorships and registration fees should be paid by check.
Golfers registration should be paid by May 31. This keeps check-in on the day of the tournament much quicker for all.
Sponsorship checks are welcome any time. To be included on the “Sponsors Banner” on the day of the event, payment must be received by May 24.

Include memo: “Golf Registration” or “Golf Sponsorship”
